Two-stage recruitment

Selection of submitted CVs

We read and analyse all CVs submitted, consider them in terms of matching competencies to the offer and invite selected Candidates for an interview.

Recruitment meeting (Online or Stationary)

GOODWILL: We will tell you more about your future role, the team and development opportunities.
CANDIDATE: An opportunity for you, we want to get to know you better - tell us about your experience and professional competence.

In addition: For some positions we envisage a knowledge test (e.g. in accounting or Excel) sometimes we ask you to prepare a short presentation.

Analysis and selection of candidates

Invitation of selected candidates to stage 2 of the recruitment process Selected candidates are invited for further interviews. The remaining candidates will receive feedback on the completion of stage 1 of the recruitment process and a thank you for their participation.

Second recruitment interview. Usually stationary

The conversation is mainly based on the substantive scope of your knowledge and experience. We tell you about the projects you have carried out and you will be able to present your competence in them.

Selection of the candidate and proposal for cooperation

The selected candidate receives an offer of cooperation. Other candidates receive feedback on the completion of the recruitment process.
